Dave Reardon
Director
Youth Alive WA
Dave Reardon is YouthAlive director for Western Australia, reaching tens of
thousands of students with the gospel each year. A passionate communicator, he
has a vision to raise up a generation of powerful and influential young
champions for Jesus. He is also the youth pastor at Southside Christian Church
in Perth & has co-authored several leadership books. Dave is married to Ann,
has two young boys & is a passionate Dockers fan.
Personal details -
David Reardon is a 35-year-old pastor with the Assemblies of God and is currently
the State director of youth ministry in Western Australia. David has been married to Ann for 11 years and has two young sons, James and Matthew.
Work history -
David graduated from Curtin University with a degree in journalism and business. He worked as a journalist for 10-years with The West Australian, Sydney Morning
Herald and Melbourne Age newspapers before moving into full-time ministry. He has co-authored three youth leadership books and is about to release a fourth, titled "Soundtrack for Youth Revolution".
Ministry Experience -
David was appointed in 1997 as youth pastor at Southside Christian Church (now
Champion Lakes Christian Church) under senior pastor Michael Keating. The youth
and young adults ministry connects with 200 young people each week and also hosts the State's largest Christian music event, Slingshot Festival.
David has been YouthAlive State director for the past four years and ministers
extensively around Australia and South-East Asia. YouthAlive is an
interdenominational outreach organisation representing more than 250 youth
ministries. Since 2001, the number of young people attending and responding to
Christ at YouthAlive events has tripled. Each year, YouthAlive stages the biggest youth outreaches around the nation, sharing the gospel with 80,000 students in our State alone. YouthAlive has also successfully pioneered similar youth movements in Malaysia and Japan in recent years.

Glenn Bergsma is the Managing Director of Powershift, a boutique organisational development consultancy business in Perth, Western Australia. Specialising in strategic planning, organisational re-engineering and leadership development Glenn has the unique ability to assist individuals and organisations discover clear direction for their future as well as facilitating the process to generate the best strategies to see the desired future become a reality. Glenn is currently completing a Master of Leadership and Management at Curtin University and has already received a Graduate Certificate in Business, Diploma of Christian Ministry and an Associate in Theology. Glenn and his wife Allison also lead a new church in the western suburbs of Perth where they also reside with their two boys Chase and Jackson.
Joe Rossi

Joe has been the youth Pastor at Bethel Life Centre Cannington for over 9 years now and has also recently taken on an associate Pastors role. He has been involved with Youth Alive for the past 5 years and is currently the associate director. Joe Is married to Lisa and has 3 year old twin boys Domenic and Isaac.
