VET Credit Transfer Arrangements

The Policy

If a student is studying or completed a Diploma of Ministry or Diploma of Ministry (Specialisation) with Harvest West Bible College Inc., they have the availability to receive a credit transfer into one of the following three (3) year courses:

Bachelor of Arts (Ministry)
Bachelor of Arts (Biblical Studies)

As the Diploma of Ministry and Diploma of Ministry (Specialisation) is completed within Harvest West Bible College Inc., a minimum of 75% credit transfer would be awarded to the student of all prior studies.

As the Diploma of Ministry and Diploma of Ministry (Specialisation) are Harvest West Bible College Inc. courses, there is no expiry date on this arrangement.

Procedure

A student wishing to apply for a credit transfer from one of the Diploma awards to one of the Bachelor awards needs to make an appointment with the Principal or Registrar. The Principal or Registrar will examine their transcript to evaluate the student marks. Forms will be completed by the Principal or Registrar and a letter advising the credit transfer will be forwarded to the student. The student’s file will then be given to the Registrar for input of Credit Transfer on CCA.
