Test Your Eligiblity to Study in Australia

You should test your eligibility for a visa by reading the guide from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship Form 1160i (Applying overseas for a Student Visa) at Annex 2. If, after reading though this you feel that you can meet all the Australian Government requirements and you decide to apply to study at Harvest West Bible College you will need to complete the steps below.

Harvest West Registration Process
Harvest West Bible College has a 4 Stage Registration process for International Students that ensures that all International students have completed all requirements before issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter.

Please note that Harvest West will not issue a CoE until all of Stage 1 requirements are met. Stages 2 and 3 may be completed on the one day once the student has arrived in the country.

Please tick each item when you have submitted them for your records.
Stage 1: Please submit the following

•Registration Form – see the Blue form
•Pastor’s Reference Form – see the Yellow form
•Sponsorship Statement from your local church
•300 Word Testimony on your conversion, Christian experience, and reasons for wanting to attend HWBC.
•Additional (yellow) application form
•IELTS Test (Vocational 5.5; Degree 6.5)
•Proof of finances (bank statements, etc)
•Copy of your passport
•Copy of your visa (for students applying within Australia)
•Payments – see Green form
◦Registration fee
◦International Student Administration Fee
◦One semester fees paid in advance
◦Medical Cover (students applying from overseas)
•All transcripts of prior study (High School, etc)

Please note that Stages 2 & 3 can be completed on the one day.

Stage 2: Please submit the following

•New Student Interview – information regarding Orientation, College Events and Requirements will be detailed during this time.
•Subject Enrolment Form
•Interns
◦Intern Workbook and Manual with pages 5 and 14-18 completed
◦Working with Children Check – compulsory for ALL interns

Stage 3: Acceptance Letter – includes your student number and all other information you will need to claim Centrelink payments and start classes.
