Registration Process

Harvest West Bible College has a 5 Stage Registration process that ensures that all Australian students hascompleted all requirements before gaining acceptance. internation students please click the following link for your registration process; International Registration Process.

You will need to complete each stage before you can move onto the next one. After submitting each stage, you will receive a follow up letter detailing the next stage further.

Please tick each item when you have submitted them for your records.

Stage 1:  Please submit the following

  • Registration Form
  • Registration fee for Cert IV and Licentiate students only
  • 300 Word Testimony on your conversion, Christian experience, and reasons for wanting to attend HWBC.
  • Pastor’s Reference Form
  • Transcripts of prior study
  • Certificate IV/Diploma – Year 10 results, other studies at equivalent level
  • Bachelor Degree – Year 12 TEE results, other studies at equivalent level
  • Licentiate – Statement of Results from Bachelor Degree

    • Stage 2: Please submit the following

  • Subject Enrolment Form
  • Financial Commitment Agreement
  • Interns
  • Intern Workbook and Manual with pages 5 and 14-18 completed
  • Working with Children Check – compulsory for ALL interns
  • Please note that Stages 3 – 5 can be completed on the one day.

    • Stage 3: New Student Interview – information regarding Orientation, College Events and Requirements will be detailed during this time.

    Stage 4:  Financial Interview – The Finance Officer will finalise your payment details with you at this time.

    Stage 5:  Acceptance Letter – includes your student number and all other information you will need to claim Centrelink payments and start classes.
