POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES
Extension Fee
In the event that the student cannot complete all the assessment tasks and Practical Teaching by the final day of class the student will be given twelve weeks (12) from the final teaching date to complete all remaining work and submit to the coordinator for marking without charge. All assessment tasks and Prac Teaching must be successfully completed by this time.
If the student requires more time to complete the assessment tasks they will need to apply with the College for an extension. There will be a fee for any extensions after the twelve week period based on the amount of work remaining to be marked. A period up to a further 12 weeks may be granted.
If for any reason an extension is required after the 1st 12 week period following the completion of teaching, an Extension Request Form must be received by Harvest West Bible College. After Harvest West receives this form, the student will be advised of what Extension Fee applies in order for the extension to be granted. The Extension Fee will vary depending on the amount of outstanding assessments (including Practice Teaching) that the student has to complete. For example, if most Course Work and Prac Teaching has been completed a minimum of fee of $250 will apply. However, if very little Course work or Practice Teaching has been completed the maximum Extension Fee of $1650 may apply. The Extension Fee will therefore vary from $250 to $1650. The maximum extension period is 12 weeks. After this time, the student will be issued a statement of attainment for whatever Units of work have been completed.
Extension Request Forms will be available from the Course Trainer.
Document Reissue Fee
A Document Reissue fee will apply in the event that a student requests the reissue of a Certificate, or Competency Transcript, or Statement of Attainment issued by LTi that they had previously received. The Reissue Fee is $99

Please note: LTi has a policy of retaining all assessment submitted by students. Therefore, if students have submitted their answers in the Workbooks provided by LTi they will need to return their Workbooks containing the completed assessment to their trainer who will provide them to LTi for record keeping purposes at the end of the Course.
